Honor 30S with Kirin 820 SoC unveiled

Huawei’s Honor brand has recently introduced their latest smartphone in China called the Honor 30S. It will feature side-mounted fingerprint sensor, supports face unlock and will run on Magic UI 3.1.1 (there won’t be any Google services).

The Honor 30s boasts a premium aluminum and glass built. The smartphone comes with a punch hole located inside of the screen which has a 16MP front facing camera. On the rear end there is a quad-camera setup consisting of a 64MP + 8MP + 8MP + 2MP cam shooters and LED Flash. These shooters will have AI capabilities.

The Honor 30S specifications feature a 6.5-inch multi-touch Full Lamination LCD display along with FHD+ resolution. There will also be a fingerprint resistant oleophobic coating. The handset will feature a 90.3% screen-to-body ratio.

The smartphone will be available in variants of a 128GB or 256GB storage space, which can be expanded upon utilizing a NM card. For best performance, there will also be Gaming+ 2.0, GPU Turbo and Link Turbo.

The handset will be powered by a 4000 mAh battery and will support 40W fast charging. There are Hybrid Dual SIM slots along with support for dual mode 5G or dual 4G VoLTE.
